Sorry about this… but the global footer bar – elements – is saying Footers Bar on the webpage:

How do I get rid of it?

I believe that’s a nav menu widget added in Footer Widget 1 area:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/footer-widgets/Removing it should fix the issue.
