Hiya,
I was using default theme of generatepress(paid one) then I found out generatepress has some great templates in site library. So I switched from my default generatepress theme to Info template from the site library. Now I have two questions/ issues I can say!
My site still looks like generatepress default theme, it does not show the same layout of posts as in demo of info template shows in the site library.
2nd thing I noticed, all the titles of my all posts on the site have became Capitalized, For example from “How To Travel With No Money” i shows now “HOW TO TRAVEL WITH NO MONEY”. Its kind of looking messy for eyes, all over my site, all the blog posts titles are Capitalized, how I can fix that, is there any option for that?Apologies in advance, I am new to generatepress and hope to hear back from you guys/ experts.

Thanks David for reply, No I did not import the demo content of Info template (Site Library). I can not PM you here otherwise I could send you my site URL.
I would appreciate if you can help me, I really love to have my travel blogging site same as info template of Generaterpress.Awaiting yours.

Hi KhanTastic,
You would need to import the Demo Content as well if you want the site to look exactly as Info Template does.
Part of the demo content is the Elements which basically help build the site.
What you can do now is remove the currently imported template, and then re-import it with the demo content included.
This should fix the issue.
Side note: When making major changes to a site, it’s best to always take a backup.

Ah , Thanks a lot Fernando for reply, but the reason I did not import demo content I was worried and thought I would love my own blogs content if I import demo content.

No you will not lose any of your existing content.
However we first recommend you make a backup of your site, or perform the import on a staging version as you will need to delete the imported post/page content that you don’t require, and update the other theme elements such as Logos, Menus and Widgets.December 23, 2022 at 2:56 am #2471331Khan
So I can go ahead and reinstall info template theme from Site library and import it with the demo content, I will not lose my blogs posts? And then later I can delete demo content, is that correct? I just want to double check with you before doing it in case I did not understand well as English is not my first language.

That is correct – You will NOT lose your blog posts ๐

Oh thanks a lot, I have done it for my one site, looks great.
Now I need to do little modifications, so many features/ options are there, my brain is struggling.If I have any other question, I will ask here again, hope you guys will not mind that.
