Hi, I’ve diabled page title in elements and on my page but it is still appearing. When I remove it manually it removes the name of my page within the menu.

The Title is coming from a Block Element.
Go to Appearance > Elements, and edit “Global Page Headers”. This is your Page Hero.
If you want to remove this for all Pages, simply set this Element to draft or delete it.
Otherwise, if you want to remove it for just this page, you can exclude this specific page in the Display rule location. This will prevent the title from appearing on this specific page.
