[Resolved] Page Attributes appears missing from page options?

Hi, working from a new install and went to add a new page, but the Page Attributes where you would normally set the Parent page of a new page aren’t anywhere in the page options right bar. I’m not a wordpress veteran but am a seasoned dev in other things so if I missed something please by all means spare no technical details in a remedy if needed. Or did I just miss an option somewhere to add it to the options on the page creator options sidebar?
