Is it possible to add a margin or padding to the bottom of an individual HTML block or the top of a paragraph text block? Under the block controls on the RHS I can’t see any options under advanced for adding any margin or padding. I’ve had to cheat things by adding a margin to the bottom of a button as that appears to be one of the only blocks that gives this option.

    Hi there,

the HTML Block itself is nothing but a placeholder, it itself has no markup and therefore cannot have styles. But the Content within it can – but that would require CSS.

What may be easier is to use the GenerateBlocks plugin.
All of its blocks have built in Spacing controls. So where you need to change styles for text use a Headline block.
If you have something to go inside a HTML Block, you could add that inside a Container block.

Hi, I am already using the GenerateBlocks Pro plugin but cannot see anywhere to control spacing for the HTML block? Can you please show me where to find this? Thanks

You can’t add spacing to a HTML block.
Add a Container Block, add the spacing to that, then add your HTML block inside the Container block.
