Manuel
Hello team,
I created a slideshow with the plugin Metaslider to add some testimonials but I don’t find the way to make it full width.
I sincerely was looking on the forum and documentation during hours but I’m little bit idiot I didn’t find!
I put just the shortcode on the page but I don’t know if is better to use elements or add a custom CSS. But I tried with any success. I don’t know if is block or hero page or another one to integrate the code.
Here is the page: https://manuelmeszarovits.com/
In advance thank you for your time,
ManuelDecember 10, 2022 at 5:18 am #2456901David

StaffCustomer SupportAah – how did i miss that lol 🙂
Personally i would make the entire page full width using the Content Container:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-container/
And then use the GenerateBlocks plugin and its Container Block to create sections on your page.
Each Container Block can be set to have Full width or Contained content.December 10, 2022 at 6:18 am #2456947Manuel
Oh nooo! Have a look https://manuelmeszarovits.com/
Is not good.
So how I can only full width the metaslider?December 10, 2022 at 6:25 am #2456955David
StaffCustomer SupportAre you using the GenerateBlocks Plugin ?

Yesyes. I told you speaking about element.
But I tried I don’t understand to add a block element with the code of the slider inside my page!December 10, 2022 at 6:45 am #2456976David
StaffCustomer SupportOn that Full Width Page you can Add a GenerateBlocks Container Block, with an empty paragraph inside.
And then you can drag the other blocks inside the Container Block.
You can then set the Inner width of the Container and give it some padding.
See here:https://www.screencast.com/t/z96ihhsIx1rb
Note, in the List View i use Shift + Click to select many blocks and then click and drag to move them inside the container.

I inserted a container block and put inside the short code of the metaslider with full width bu is not working.
Have a look to the screen print of the dashboard page with the setup to see where I made a mistake or a forgetting

I found the solution David! Because I have to put all the page in full width. And I created to block container and the container with the metaslider put it on full width.
