Can you try adding this?:
div#primary-menu ul > li.mega-menu > ul.sub-menu > li.menu-item > a{ border-bottom: solid 1px #000; }This adds a bottom border under your mega-menu list.

To clarify, do you want to add the Page Title above the breadcrumbs?
If so, are you using a Block Element to add the breadcrumbs currently? If so, you can just add a GB Headline Block above your GB Grid Block, and retrieve the page title through that.
