hi there, i’m getting this error when i try to update, but just one one server (with four GP sites on it, soon to be five).
An error occurred while updating GP Premium: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
how do i get the updates going again? right now i’m having to upload the latest versions manually.

Hi there,
This usually means the
.zipwas downloaded incorrectly by the server.Are you using any update-specific functions on those sites? Maybe our secondary licensing API?

no i don’t think so? i think it had a problem once before. how would we have fixed it?

today one website updated, but the others did not.

yes. today i got another to update, but one still remains. 🙂
I’m assuming that there’s some sort of cache going on that’s fixing itself. It’s possible that the URL to the update .zip file was corrupted and that URL was cached.
Let’s see if the last remaining one works tomorrow 🙂
