I just got this Theme about a week and quite frankly, I was excited but recently, I am beginning to experience issues with load time especially from the customization.
It takes about 5 refresh before a page opens for editing/customization.
Kindly help me check, I have tried several problem solving tactics I know but still nothing change.

is the issue on ALL pages or just a specific page ?
All pages when trying to edit and customized.
Can you install the Query Monitor plugin:
https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/
This will add an admin bar menu, and it will report if there are any slow queries on those posts or pages.
Try editing a blank page or one with very little content and see what issues it reports.It still did not work.
I even tried creating a new post but it still wont open for several minutes. Its causing serious delyance in our work.Customer Support
I could be wrong here but this is unlikely a theme issue – we haven’t had any other reports on this.
Can you activate a Twenty series WP theme and test if the same issue occurs there?
Yes, i have tried with other Themes and I dont see that. I activated Themegrill and it worked smaoothly.
Kindly check what the problem is.Can you start a staging site and provide the access to us to take a look?
Please disable all plugins and any custom functions.
