Dear ladies and gentlemen, dear team of generatepress,

I need a tip to fix the following problem.

The activation of the Generatepress license and the activation of the modules worked perfectly on the first website.

On a second website (same webhoster), which I use for testing, this activation of the license or even the modules does not work. There I have a permanent loading circuit.

The website-health-status does not show any errors.
Disabling (all) the plugins did not help.
Updating the permalink structure has no effect.
I use the current versions of Generatepress (3.2.4.) and the PremiumPlugin (2.2.1.)
I had tried deleting the browser caching. Regarding the server caching, I have now for the time being no further information, since the one activation has worked so without problems.
Inspecting the site (with right click) continuously shows an error (see screenshot).

I had not taken any further steps so far. I have read something in similar topics regarding Secondary API… I am just surprised that the activation of the first site worked so well and now I have such difficulties with the activation of the license or modules of the second site.

Do you have any further help for me?

    Greetings

Okay, it didn’t give me a moment’s peace…. I could solve the problem in the meantime. By chance I found out that the WordPress address (URL) and the website address (URL) were not exactly the same.

After the adjustment, everything now works right away.
