No, but there are options:
1. The Headline block can be set to a P.
or
2. Select a text block and in Advanced > Additional CSS Class(es) add: my-custom-font. Note you can change this class to whatever you feel appropriate.
2.1 Go to Customizer > Typography,
2.2 Add Font – for your second font.
2.3 Add Typography , in the Target Element list select: Custom
2.4 In the CSS Field provided add your custom class with a . prefix eg. .my-custom-font
Now any text block you give the my-custom-font class will use that font.
