Hi, recently bought the pro. Everything is installed, theme and plugin except it will not save the key. It just keeps loading. It did work right away on another site though.
Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this? It is a new site with very limited only 4 plugins.

Hi there,
if you right click and inspect the page to open the developers tools and then try saving the key again. Do you see any errors in the developers tools Console tab ?
there are some errors.
this site is custom PHP on the front page. Only the blog is in WordPress and loaded with GP. I should have likely mentioned this previously.

Is there a custom permalink structure or any other functions that would affect the permalinks ?
No, i have also tried changing the permalink as its a new site it doesn’t matter but still no luck.

Ich habe die Permalink-Struktur auf “Numerisch” gestellt und gespeichert, danach wieder zurück auf “Beitragsname” und gespeichert.
Nun ging sofort die Aktivierung des Keys für Generatepress!Wunderbar. Vielen DANK!

Chris, what other changes have been made to the site ? You said there was a PHP homepage, are there any redirects or rewrites ?

mod_rewritepackage on the server. Sometimes this can mean misconfigured permalinks or redirects, but it can also be something on the server itself.Do “pretty permalinks” work on your site?
