It would be ideal to take a backup of your site before doing this.

Thank you Antonio! This is the Live site though. Is it okay to disable plugins here and change some settings for testing purposes?
You can deactivate plugins and change settings.
Can you try enabling the Mobile Header in Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header?
Let us know how it goes.
