in the Customizer > Typography.
Add New Typography, select the Element:Custom.
In the CSS Field provided add:.site-footer .widgetSet your styles.
Hi! The code can only change the footer bar’s font size, but not footer widget 1, 2, 3 etc.

I see. Thank you for clarifying. Try this as the selector:
.inside-footer-widgets ul.menu li.menu-item aThis should just target the menu items in your Footer widgets.
