Tim
Hi team,
Been testing the off-canvas menu panel on my site and it’s really intermittent with when it wants to work. Sometimes it doesn’t trigger until really late in the page load, other times it doesn’t appear at all. The icon does toggle between open and closed but the overlay itself fails to appear.
Have tried turning off cache, plugins, different browsers etc but there is not clear path to getting it to work.
Do you think it could be some code that is in the way of it loading correctly?

This shouldn’t be the default behavior and we haven’t received any other reports on this.
I just checked the site and didn’t notice any issues at all.
Have you resolved this?

No – haven’t find a way to resolve. Is there a way to get the menu code to load earlier in the page? Seems that it is the last thing to generate as I can press the menu button a few times before it can generate the overlay.
Here is a recording on the experience.

That’s via a browser – some devices Im finding it wont load at all.

Hi Tim,
I checked your site, and it seems you are using Ezoic, as opposed to loading it earlier, it might be that Ezoic is delaying the script.
Do you have any script delay setting active in Ezoic? If so, you’ll need to exclude the
offside.min.jsfile.Try adding this in Ezoic’s delay exclusion if ever you have that feature enabled:
/main.min.js /offside.min.jsNovember 17, 2022 at 8:24 pm #2420742Tim
Ahh yes, that looks like it could be the culprit.
For anyone reading this and needing to adjust Ezoic. Go to Leap, Optimise and Script Execution

I see. Glad you’ve resolved it!
