Hi guys – I am a bit lost here as I have just seen this info flag up in a SemRush report.
31 links to external pages or resources returned a 403 HTTP status code
Here’s an example off the report

https://superbsalt.comThere were actually 69 marked as successful, and I don’t believe I have done anything differently when creating each post.
Can you point a girl in the right direction please – is there anything I need too do to sort this out?

Hi Heather,
To clarify, is it reporting https://generatepress.com/ as the 403 link? By default, only the footer has this link.
It’s odd since this link shouldn’t be 403. It might be worth asking SEMRush for some more info, but I would suggest replacing or removing it if you prefer. You can do so through Appearance > Customize > Layout > Footer. Reference: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/changing-the-copyright-message/
Hi Fernando, thanks for getting back to me. The only thing I can think of is that I recently upgraded to GP so maybe this had a bearing on pages built before/after that.
I have updated the module for Copyright and will run a site audit again shortly.
