    Hello –

    I have GP premium and you all have always been terrific. For about a month, at night, my website stops loading GeneratePress CSS. So, the site is supposed to be blue, with a logo, and has certain fonts. I will wake up in the morning and find it white, with generic fonts and no logo. If I go into Customize, you can see the ‘blue’ proper site with the GeneratePress CSS. If I back out of there, the site stays white. If I Publish Changes, it turns back to normal for a time. Then, seemingly randomly, at night it will stop loading GP CSS again. This all started after a malware attack. Since then we have installed a firewall and had GoDaddy clean the site of malware. I paid them to go through the site and see what was damaged and they say they found nothing and it is a GeneratePress issue. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Right now, the site is ‘blue’ loading properly, so it may be hard for you to see the issue. If you leave the ticket open, I can contact again the next time it loses its way.

    Hi there,

    i am based in the UK, and it looks like my location is blocked by the firewall.
    if thats required, then i can leave this for one of my North American colleagues.

    I have just unblocked the UK. I don’t know how long that will take to take effect. Thanks for any help!

    Hi Laura,

    I’m in Canada, and your site also denied my access. So I currently can not help.

    Is it possible to unblock Canada as well?

    When I check, the site is looking normal.

    I’m not aware of such an issue related to GP, it sounds more like a cache issue.

    Please let us know when this happens again so we can inspect the site to see what’s going on 🙂
