Holly
I have created a new CPT and am using ACF and Elements to build the page. Some of the content is showing up but not all. All the ACF fields are on the page and most are filled in. But I do not see them on the front end of the page. I feel like it has something to do with the page element which is a block hook generated after the header. It displaying only on the CPT “clinics”.
Here is one of the pages: https://peard.fresheggs.biz/clinic/the-highland-medical-group/

StaffCustomer SupportHi Holly,
Can you try changing the element type to
content templateinstead ofhook?November 14, 2022 at 4:55 pm #2415699Ying
StaffCustomer SupportCan we keep on discussing this here instead of emailing us directly, it’s easier to track 🙂
I just checked the page, it looks like this:

Yes that is what it looks like. But it isn’t displaying images and lots of text. I made a new page as well that isn’t displaying anything at all except one heading. https://peard.fresheggs.biz/clinic/dunwoody-direct-primary-care/

StaffCustomer SupportCan you try selecting the specific post type in the element for each dynamic data? Leve the select source post field blank.

This doesn’t work. I left the post source blank, as instructed but it is asking for a post source.

Hi Ying,
Any updates on this? I need to get this working soon. Thank you!November 16, 2022 at 9:07 am #2418447David
StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
i believe the issue is because they are ALL sub fields – and currently GB only supports simple single fields in ACF>
Today you would need to use ACF Shortcodes in content template.November 16, 2022 at 9:15 am #2418460Holly
Oh. I had no idea. I have not used ACF shortcodes before. Are you saying the sub fields will work if I use shortcodes? Or should I make the fields non-sub fields? Do you have a guide to find the shortcodes? Thanks.

I moved some fields out of the sub-group but they still aren’t showing.

StaffCustomer SupportOh, when i looked before my reply there as nothing on the screen…..
If you can separate the fields so none of then are sub fields.
And for Images those Fields should be set to storing the ID.Can you try those changes ?
