    Hi there,

    Today I get a message “Your site has not included support for “generateblocks/container”…” when editing any page. It doesn’t show this notification on posts but Generateblocks is completely disappeared from the editor.

    I try to disable all plugins except Generateblocks and Generatepress premium but still get this message when I edit any page.

    Can you help me take a look? Thank you!

    Hi Tan,

    That’s odd. Can you take a back up of your site?

    Afterwards, uninstall GenerateBlocks, and get a new copy of it here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/generateblocks/

    Reinstall it afterwards.

    How is that demo site hosted ? As its taking a really long time to respond to any any action i take.

    My site is in Vietnam and I use local hosting for my client, so may be that’s why it is slow from your side.

    It is fast for me. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi Tan,

    Just checked backend of your site, it seems GB blocks are working fine, I can search for its blocks, and I tried re-publishing the page, it publishes successfully with no error.

    That’s strange. It was the same last night, but after I woke up everything was fine. Is your team really not fixing anything?

    Anyway, thank you for your help. I am very satisfied with Generatepress support team. That’s why I’ve been using it until now. Your guys are doing great 🙂
