[Support request] Easy way to add a block of text after every post, before the link to comments?

Hey — I used to understand editing the code for WordPress sites about a decade ago, but rejoining now after a long absence, I’m definitely not seeing things I was once familiar with!

I’d like to add a simple line that follows every post, something like, “If you enjoyed this post, please click here to follow…”

I know were I >used< to insert the code…but I’m extremely confused with Generate. Any help would be appreciated. And everything else is working perfectly!
