I’m having a problem that is: When I click on the comment reply link to go to someone’s comment and reply to them, the link doesn’t work properly and doesn’t show the specific comment section.

The problem I have is someone replying to my comment, I click on the link in the email to go to the comments section to view and reply to the comment but WordPress doesn’t scroll to the correct position. I had to do the extra step of manually scrolling to the comment section I needed to see.

Hi there,
it looks like something on your site is interfering with the jump link behaviour of the site.
It could be the table of contents plugin or any other plugin that may interfere with on page links.You can test if this is the case by disabling those plugins, maybe on a staging site.
