Hi
I’ve just noticed that something happened with the buttons on my pages. I usually create blue buttons with white letters on them. But I’ve noticed today that the letters disappeared. The letters and the links are still there but they became invisible. I think it happened to all the buttons on my blog. What’s the simples way to fix it. I think I would need a CSS code which would fix this issue. I’m not sure but I have a feeling it happened once I updated WordPress to the latest version today. Check the links. You will see blue buttons, but no signs on them.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
The issue here is that the button background and text color are the same:

The buttons block would offer way more options and flexibilities:

Maybe the button background and the text color are the same NOW, but it wasn’t so. It happened today. Probably after I updated my blog to the latest version. I always change the text to WHITE and it was always OK. The button background was blue and the text on the button was white. But today it has changed by itself! Is the only solution now to go back to all the posts and change it manually?
I’m not sure I get the idea behind the button blocks!

StaffCustomer SupportI’m not sure what happened unfortunately – GP’s updates cannot cause this and we haven’t had any other reports on this.
The button text color is inheriting from the link color currently.
If you can revert back to the previous version in a staging site then I can investigate why it was working.

Unfortunately that’s the most correct way to go.

I have one more question. Is it possible to go back to the previous version of WordPress? I updated to the latest version of WordPress today but I’d like to go back to the previous version. Can I safely do it? I have also noticed that the text that I put in the Verse on the page is cut off and there’s a bar at the bottom which you need to move to read the full sentence. I’m quite sure it has happened after today’s update.

However when I log in to my WordPress then the problem with the text in the Verse disappears, everything’s OK. But when I log out the text on the page that I put in the Verse looks different.

I checked a few more pages and noticed that the tables that I created on different pages are kind of broken now. They don’t look as they should.

I can’t comment on this as I’ve never had to do it.
Can you open a new topic for the separate questions?
Thanks!
