I am experiencing an issue where when Google crawls my mobile website, it is getting desktop-style rendering scaled down to mobile size, with tiny fonts, etc.
Anecdotally, the site is correctly responsive when browsing from a mobile device, or when messing with the window size on desktop. However, when I inspect the URL as Google, it is tiny font, all desktop-style, even though it says “rendered with Googlebot mobile”.
The result is that Google is finding that the website is not usable on mobile.. which is not true!
How can I force the site to render mobile-size when the user-agent is Googlebot mobile?
