Hello!
Although I actually only upload 1200 x 800 photos, the images in the grids appear to be of different sizes.
How do I manage to create a uniform look?

Hi there,
if all your images are the same aspect ratio then they should look the same. But that page is created using a block plugin that the theme has no control over. Have you checked with the plugin author ?
