Kim
I have a form embed from Mailerlite. I have tried placing it on the site with HTML and java. I changed the button styling in mailerlite and updated it on the site. On some pages, it is displaying properly (no rounding of corners) and on others, it refuses to show the updated version.
This is a newly launched site and this issue was occurring on the dev site too. I tried clearing the server-side cache, I gave it several days and came back to it, I finally launched hoping to move to the new server would clean things up. It did not.
I tried re-adding all of the code and tried both HTML and java and nothing changed. I tried to place the form on a new page and it worked.
Here is a page it is working correctly on: https://marieldavenport.com/contact/ (the optin at the bottom of the page is the one I am having the issue with.)
Here are a couple of pages it is not updating on:
https://marieldavenport.com/ (same reusable block as contact page)
https://marieldavenport.com/start/ (same reusable block as contact page)
https://marieldavenport.com/about/ (same reusable block as contact page)I am not sure what to try next to get the form to update to the new style as it did on the contact page.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

StaffCustomer SupportHi Kim,
Have you checked with MailerLite’s support team for their comment first?

No, I haven’t because the form code produces the proper preview in all cases (mailerlite site and on the website) it doesn’t display properly when live. The form code also displays properly anywhere I place it using the Astra Pro Theme but not in GeneratePress. My first guess was caching but even after clearing all the problem still exists no matter the browser of device.

StaffCustomer SupportCan you disable all plugins except GP Premium and MailerLite for us to inspect?

I can’t do it on the live site but I did on the dev site it was migrated from today.
I left generateblocks and generateblock pro on.

StaffCustomer SupportI don’t think I’m seeing any obvious issues here.

If you look at the image of the contact page you will see the button is square with no radius. I edited the form again to square ALL elements and tried the new version of the form on the various pages and again it displayed properly on the contact form but did not change on the other pages. Something is interfering with the pages displaying the revised form on all but the contact page. https://www.loom.com/share/a781298d51d34bd9b45e78895c18e416
Any ideas what else I can check?
Thank you for your help.

StaffCustomer SupportThe
border-radiusis set to0on the Contact page:
https://www.screencast.com/t/ehyFX4IF61And the About page is set to
4px:
https://www.screencast.com/t/2eiFtdq4MhAll of those CSS are not coming from GP at all so it really cannot be a theme issue so I would recommend following up with MailerLite’s support team for further assistance.
Maybe try without reuseable blocks?

I was able to correct the form issues. There was competing code on all of the pages with display issues. A mobile version of the form existed on all of these pages and the code needed to be updated. Thank you for troubleshooting this with me.

StaffCustomer SupportNo problem!
Glad to hear that it’s not a GP issue 🙂
