    Hi,

    I installed and activated GeneratePress, then I installed GP Premium (my order number is #1868175).

    I tried to activate some modules but when I’m clicking on the button, the spin still loading and never stop… Can you please help me with that?

    Hi there,

    can you go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks, make sure the Structure is set to Default. And then Click > Save Changes to rebuild the permalinks. Then retry activating the modules.

    Hi David,

    thanks for your reply.

    Currently, I’m using the Post Name permalink setting. I’m afraid to change if I change this setting, all my blog URLs will change and I’ll lose all my indexed URLs on Google…

    How can I do without change my blog’s URLs?

    Can you try just clicking the Save Changes ? It will rebuild permalinks anyway without breaking anything.

    I clicked on the Save changes but it didn’t solve the problem.

    After you click the button, can your Right Click > Inspect the page to open the browser developers tools. Are there any errors in the Console Tab ?

    Hi,

    While doing this I saw an error in the console. The problem was due to another security module I installed, which blocked the rest API connexion. I deactivated this setting and the Generatepress modules work fine now.
