Hi! I’m having sort of a weird issue… I’ve been using GeneratePress for a couple years now on my main site, but I recently started a couple other sites that will be launching soon, and I installed GeneratePress on those sites as well. But for whatever reason, I’m not seeing the same options on both sites.
For instance, when I go into the “Customize” menu on the old site, I have to individually activate any module where I want to edit the colour or typography, whereas they are all available to edit on the old site. Or on the old site, I have the option to “Use navigation as header” under Layout > Header and that option is not available on the new site. (Perhaps due to one of the options I’ve enabled? I’m not sure.)
It also seems like the layout is a little more glitchy on the site that’s had it installed for a while… for instance, on the old site, no matter what I do, I’m unable to get any text or menu that I add to the top bar to vertically align to the center. But on the new site it seems to be the default even though I never touched any of the layout options that might modify it.
All sites are running the same version of WordPress and the same version of GeneratePress and GP Premium, so it’s not because I haven’t updated one of them in a while and one of them is lagging behind. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Colors and Typography modules have been re-written, and they are now available for GP free theme, so there’s no need to activate those modules.
If you are still using the old colors and typography system, I would recommend switch to the global color and dynamic typography system.

Make sure the menu plus module is activated.

Go to customizer > general, check if the structure is still using
float? If so, switch toflexbox. -
