Please check how to sell Digital Downloads like pdf book after paypal payment like this:

Log into your PayPal account
Go to the PayPal product selection page.
Look for the section that says “PayPal for Digital Goods (Express Checkout)”. It should be near the bottom of the page.
Use the Add Product buttonIf you have any theme have digital download after paypal payment?

You would definitely need a third party plugin or custom code to achieve that. We also don’t have a recommendation for this.
