Justin
Just, browsed to Appearance > Elements > Merged Header to update the desktop and mobile logos and the options to select the images have disappeared. This removed the sites logos and I’m unable to add them back. No logos are present in the Appearance > Theme > Customize area.

Hi Justin,
You’ll need to have logos set in the Customizer first for these options to be available.
With that said, can you add a Logo in Appearance > Customize > Site Library?: https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOu4QD0Z
For mobile logo, go to Appearance > Customize > Layout > Header > https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRu19GrW
After doing these, kindly check if the options to add logos in the Header Element goes back.
Kindly let us know how it goes. 🙂

Hi Fernando,
I’ll be, I did try that. Adding the logos in the locations is working as expected. Issue resolved!
Still, the logos were previously added in the Appearance > Elements > Merged Header location:
https://postimg.cc/JtS6cJczI believe I did recently apply the latest updates for the theme. Can you confirm if the options I’m referring to were removed in a recent update? I’m concerned as, unexpected updates to the theme could cause unexpected front end issues.
Thank you,
Justin== Changelog ==

You’re welcome Justin! Glad it’s working now!
There wasn’t a recent update that could have caused this. I checked the change log of GP Premium as well. Also tried testing versions much older (up to 2.0.3) to be sure, and it has been like this. Also tested older versions of GPP.
GP shouldn’t be causing such issues, maybe it was a database issue or something else like another plugin that may have removed the logos set in the customizer?
Hope this clarifies. 🙂

Claro! There are other factors involved, just don’t have all the time in the world to dig into them.
Thank you Fernando
