    Hi,

With ‘Disable Elements’ I have disabled to ‘content title’ on all my pages.
On all my pages I have used my own ‘H1’ tags.
I recently discovered that my SEO score in Google has dropped dramatically and after some research I think this is because I have now, a bit unexpected, 2 H1 tags in my text.
It seems that although I have disabled the content title, this content title is still used somewhere for SEO and it is also an H1.
So, my question is: Now that I have disabled the content title is there also a way to remove the H1 tag from the content title?

    Regards, Norbert

    Hi,

    Thanks for your quick response.
Seems I wrote this mail tooo hasty: The H1 tag is gone for the content header, it is just Yoast that still detects 2 H1 tags.
If I go to the page source, I see only 1. So I guess disabling works but Yoast cannot detect a disabled content header.

Yeah Yoast only parses the content in the editor, but there is only one H1 on the front end so you can ignore the Yoast warning.
