    Hi there,

you can create a Layout Element in Appearance > Elements:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/layout-element-overview/

On the Disable Elements tab, select the Footer. And set the Display Rules to the Entire Site.

    Thanks David,

I’m not sure i understand well, to remove a bottom bar i have to create another one ?

I saw that this bottom bar was not an element in this template Construction, it must be coded directly in php in the template construction ? But I don’t understand the strategy to add an element.

I tried with an empty Hook element with generate_after-footer or generate_after-footer-widgets all over the site but it doesn’t work, there is always a specific bottom bar that can’t be modified.

How to do it exactly ?
    1) add an element, which one ? what precise parameters ?
    2) something else ?
    3) differently ?

    I am lost !

Thanks again for your great help & support

Its the Themes footer bar. There is no element for it. But we can use a Layout Element to remove it.
    Follow these steps:

    1. Appearance > Elements add New Element -> select the Layout Element.
    2. Go to the Disable Elements tab, and check the Footer option.
    3. Set the Display Rules > Location –> Entire Site.

That will remove the theme footer.
