Ella
Hey! So I want to have categories showing the Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner posts via here: https://wordpress-623989-2435274.cloudwaysapps.com/index.php/category/breakfast/ and I’ve set up the pages to show the posts in that category which is great. What I’d ideally like to do is just be able to change the title or add some text below the category page so it then makes sense that it’s “Breakfast Made Easy” as it’s a food blog called “Made Easy With Ell.” I can’t work out how to do that however, so:
1) Could you tell me if it’s possible to do it this way please?
2) If not, I’ve just tried to recreate it via a page, however the sidebar layout isn’t the same – the spacing doesn’t fit right. Why is this and what would I need to do? And then second from that, if I want it to show all the breakfast posts, do I do that via the Showposts and is it possible for it to always show all the posts with no limit to how many that show up in there? Page for reference: https://wordpress-623989-2435274.cloudwaysapps.com/index.php/breakfast/Thanks for your help,

StaffCustomer SupportHi Ella,
You can use a block element – page hero and assign it to
posts category archivesas location.February 10, 2022 at 2:18 pm #2113377Ella
I don’t know if this was an old video but I was unable to shorten the box so that it only went 66% across, and I got totally lost on the last bit. I also don’t know how to actually publish it so that it becomes a page… Could I please send you my login details so that you can take a look and let me know where I’ve gone wrong / where to find things? Or set up the template for one category even, then I can duplicate the rest? I’m ever so sorry, I just don’t know what to do from here at all. It’s very complicated!
All the best,

StaffCustomer SupportThe video is up to date, if you follow the video, you should have no trouble building your own page hero. You can also use the built-in template for a quick start:

1. Make sure you are editing a block element ( appearance > elements ).2. Make sure you have Generateblocks plugin installed and activated.
3. All the dynamic blocks are using blocks from GenerateBlocks with blue icons:
