So, we have a problem of auto redirection of our entire site in mobile devices. This auto-redirection is sending many of our visitors to our /about-us page. But this is only happening in mobile. But I think we found the problem. So this /about-us page that we have was put on the menu with a sub-item to it – which is the /contact-us page. So the problem of auto-redirection is starting from there. So, if we put any sub-item to /about-us page, the auto-redirection goes back. If we don’t put any sub-item to it, the redirection stopped.
So this might happened to any of the page on the menu if we put a sub-item to it, possibly, right?
So, we found the problem but we still don’t know why it is happening. And I hope that we can have an answer from you why this is happening.

have you changed the site ? I went to About Us, then to Reviews and i did not see any redirect ?
And to note – the Theme doesn’t interfere with permalinks and doesn’t do any redirection…Hi there, David. No, we haven’t changed any to the site. So, we also wondering why 🙂
We already solved this by just not putting any sub-items on the Menu but please if anyone will have the same issue I hope you can as well help us know why for the next time. I’m just checking in.

Hi there, David. We still see the redirection on our end as we wanted to add a sub-items. We see that it’s related to the menu items. But we are not sure how to approach to find the problem. Do you have any suggestions? We really thought you’d know.

If the correct page first loads ( eg. Reviews ) and then a little time later without any user interaction it loads a different page ( eg. About US ) then that is most likely some Javascript running on your page.
