    Hi,

I have installed GTM in Elements of GP as per the tutorial and have set it as an Entire Site in display under head and body hook.

Now my question is we are also using Thrive Themes for the landing page and Lead form. Do I need add TGM on Landing page or as I have marked the Entire site in display of hooks – it will cover the whole site (including all pages even though GP is not used? )

I hope I was able to explain it well

    Thanks
    Jai

    Hi Jai,

If the landing page is using an actual separate Theme from Thrive themes then that sounds like its separate sub-site.

If this is indeed the case then GP elements won’t have that within its scope because its technically another site.

But if what you meant was, the landing page within the same site that uses GeneratePress and is using Thrive leads plugin, then is the GP element should apply to it as well.

    Hi, Thanks for explaining.

    Here is the scenario

We are using GP for the main site which is wplobe.com and we are planning to create an landing page on wplobe.com/audit in Thrive and we will be using Thrive layout for that. If we add GTM in elements of GP, will that work on /audit page?

    Thanks
    Jai

    Hi there,

is that a page on the same install of WordPress or is it a separate WP install in a subfolder ?

If its the latter the no.
If its a page on the same install and as long as the template being used has the wp_head and wp_body_open hooks ( all GP Templates do ) then yes.
