[Support request] Local Font Loading Issues

Hi there,

First off: Our team so appreciates this theme and the support provided. It’s been so good for our clients.

We are having a local font loading issue on a client site. We’ve used local fonts on a number of sites, but for whatever reason, this one is proving troublesome across multiple devices and browsers.

The font is Northwell and is loaded to /wp-content/uploads/fonts folder, added through the child theme, and in additional css. We’ve optimized the server-side, but the client is still seeing an awful serif fallback font load consistently.

Any thoughts? I feel like I’m missing something obvious.
