Hello Friends,
I would love to create a news aggregator site for my niche, using GP because of it´s lightweight framework. But my coding skills are so so.
There is already a nice looking solution for that, named PostX. It contains ready made blocks and layouts, looking like that:

How difficult is it, to replicate something like that in GP?

Hi Sebastian,
Unfortunately the news/magazine style layout is one of the most difficult layout to create as there isn’t a great way to display posts on a static page currently.
It usually requires a tremendous amount of custom coding in both HTML and CSS.
You could look into using the query loop and post blocks from WP core and style them with CSS:
