    Hello,

I’m using GenerateBlocks to update my site. I love GenerateBlocks, and I am happy with the results, but I noticed my headers didn’t show full-width on all desktops.

I read your recommendation about setting the container width to 2000px in the WordPress customizer. It was 1300px on my site, and I changed it to 2000px, but I still can’t get it to work right.

Please check my homepage (I got the inspiration for the homepage header layout from your site):

    https://www.ruskus-patruskus.com/

As you can see, the header overlaps the menu bar, and besides, it doesn’t look full-width. It happens when the screen resolution is 1518×853 (however, it seems fine if the screen is 1366×768). Same problem with the last container; it overlaps the footer.

How can I fix these issues?

    Thanks! 🙂

    Hi there,

if you want full width content on your pages, the its best to set the Content Container to Full Width:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/content-container/

Then use the GB Container Blocks to create sections of your page

    Hi David,

Thank you for your suggestion!. It fixed the problem. 🙂

One more thing about this page, if you don’t mind. The image on the right (the clown with a puppet) is supposed to remain anchored to the yellow bottom marge, but on desktop screens with a small resolution, the image breaks away from the bottom border and floats up. (However, on mobile and tablets it looks good).

My question is: is there a way to keep the image always “glued” to the bottom border, no matter what the screen resolution is?

Select the right hand column Container Block and in its layout settings change the Vertical Alignment to Bottom:
