I use geek sure this site akamusic.com and I can not :
    – in the home page which is set to “the last articles”, remove the word Blog in H1 https://prnt.sc/26hcupq
    – the menu of the categories pages automatically generated disappears for the articles https://prnt.sc/26hcv7g and the pages (but not the categories pages, nor the home https://prnt.sc/26hcvoe ) How to have this menu of the categories pages everywhere.
    – the header starts too far from the top bar https://prnt.sc/26hcw74
    – How to make the titles in Blog Cards Template with the link to the post https://prnt.sc/26hcwsg
    – when I put text in excerpt, the read more button disappears in the home and category pages
    – the theme read more button generates the link with a #postID suffix which is not necessary https://prnt.sc/26hcxbk

Thanks a lot for your great help

    Hi there,

    1. Edit the Block Element titled: Blog Category Filter
It can be found in Appearance > Elements. Or theres a shortcut to it in Admin Bar > Elements when viewing that page.

    2. Once you have edited #1 that element also contains the Category list. You can set the Display Rules Locations of the Element to include All Posts and All Pages

Try changing those first and then we can look at the other points

    Hi David,

    Thanks for your support
Your answer resolved the first point (i duplicate blog category filter element and set it for the home page)
Here are the questions I still have to answer :
    1) Blog Cards Template : i added the link to “publication unique” with the link to the post https://prnt.sc/26j0eu4
But when somebody clicks ont that link, the visited link changed color for the white, so tht title is after being visited invisible, how to change that white for this case ?
    2) the theme read more button generates the link with a #postID suffix which is not necessary https://prnt.sc/26hcxbk

Thanks for your great help for those 2 questions

    1) The vistied link color is being inherited from the container block, see here – change that link color:

    https://www.screencast.com/t/mBETLkmbU

    2) You can disable that using the PHP Snippet provided here:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_more_jump/

    Thanks David,
For 1) The visited link color is being inherited from the container block,
I change it into black but it changes the button text color into black too, so the text on button is not readable.
I change into green but for a title its strange

For 2) i need to create a child theme so as not to have the modification changed by an update ?

    1. You can select the Button block and any of the GB Blocks and it has their own color settings, just make sure you have the link colors set for each of them to stop the inheritted color.

    2. Customizations you make within the customizer or Elements or any editor will be kept on Theme update. Child Theme, only necessary if you intend to make any changes to the Theme files. And if you think you may need to, or want a folder to install fonts locally then check this guide out:

    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-child-theme/
