Hello,
I’m aware that this is prolly out of the scope of support, but I have no idea where else to ask for advice.
I’d like to achieve home page look like on the following site: backyardboss (dot) net
“Recent posts” could be done via elements, but not sure how to do an upper side of the site (not the menu, ignore the menu).Would appreciate any advice.

I’m actually interested in both of these sections, I know how to make one under those (Recent Posts).Is the green section going to be dynamic or static?
I’d like it to be dynamic, but if static is something that can be done easier – I’m in.
Dynamic would be more complicated but it would basically be the same method as the Recent Posts section.
If it’s static then you can build both sections with the help of GenerateBlocks:
