On my site I have Page Header on every page (except the home) I also have it throughout each WooCommerce product. There is no option for the product category.

This is more a WordPress issue than anything else – there’s no capability to add options to category templates etc.. yet. At least not with as many options as Page Header has.
I’m on the look out for the best way to do it 🙂
