I followed the advice from a different topic ,and was able to change the logo using Appearance -> Element -> Home Merge -> site Header, but it only worked for the front page . I went to the “Display Rules” tab -> General , then selected “Entire Site”, then updated. Still only worked for the front page. all other pages still have the “Vacation” logo. I also changed the logo in the customizer -> Site Identity -> Logo.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you check if there are any other Header Elements active on the site that may be in conflict with this one?
You can provide temporary backend access on the private information text field if you want us to check around. 😀
I’ve done nothing but try to change the logo so far, so it’s fresh out of the Site Library.
Under Appearance – > elements, there is only one element listed and that’s “Home Merge”.

I’ve just switched over to GPP and this is all new. Sorry for the newbie questions 🤣.The rest of the pages on your site is using the logo on Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. You can try deleting the default and add your own and see if it works. 😀
If it doesn’t try disabling some plugins and let us know how it goes. 🙂
Got the same issue, logo wont change anyway. used a png 800 pix???

Hi there,
make sure the logo is changed in:
1. Appearance -> Element -> Home Merge header element.
2. Customizer -> Site Identity -> Logo and (importantly) the Retina Logo.The Retina Logo may show its empty, but try adding your own image there too.
