Hello
I staged my site and then I installed the dispatch theme on it, but when I checked my live site it also changed.
Please can you tell me how to fix this. I want my live site to be back the way it was, please help

Hi there,
Unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do from the theme’s standpoint.
That sounds like the staging site just wasn’t set up correctly.
You can try to restore a working backup for the live site – your hosting support should be able to help with this if you describe the problem to them.
I had the staged site deleted.
1. My homepage is back to the way it was, but my blog page and my single posts are not showing properly.
2. I can’t seem to make any edits to my homepage

If I remove the dispatch theme would it go back to the last theme it had?

Hi there,
simplest option would be to ask your host, to load a backup of the site before they created the staging site and the library site was installed.
Unfortunately David, all the damage has already been done.
I am now trying to redo the site all over again, please bear with me if I seem to be asking multiple questions.
I will now close this ticket and be back with a new one
This isn’t something we will be able to assist with.
Are you sure there is no auto backup with your hosting?

Did you ever find out what caused this? I’ve just been dealing with a similar issue in that any change I’ve made to my Staging site has also automatically changed my live site, even after moving it to a different server. Thanks.
