can you pls suggest me a plugin or any other way to add a rating, star review bar as in the link below

I checked the example page and looks like they are using a custom solution unfortunately.
I’m not aware of a plugin that offers this option specifically so you will have to do some Google search or ask the question in a WordPress general forum like this one:
