Hi, since latest WordPress update the standard separation line changed to a double wide line.
Found this link on WordPress support:

Would you know if this issue can be solved without changing (via css) the individual setting of each line?
    Thanks and greetings,
    Ad

    Hi Ad,

Would you know if this issue can be solved without changing (via css) the individual setting of each line?
    Thanks and greetings,

There shouldn’t be a need to do this line by line if you want to apply the change for all the separators.

We just need to get the common class selector for all the separation line blocks and apply the CSS to it so it applies to ALL of the separation line blocks. We can override default blocks with custom CSS anyway.

If you need help with the CSS writeup, let us know how you want it to look like and point us to the page and the divider blocks you want to apply this on. 😀

Yup, I understand about the css, Elvin.
Just a bit hesitating because of the structural change, since last upgrade of WP.
Don’t want to be left with redundant or unpredictable css-code, once this issue is settled.
Or is this no issue at all?
I for one was surprised by the double line.
    Here’s a link to page-example.

    Hi there,

    see my reply regarding this:

    https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/change-separator-color/#post-1889032

Its another one of the little CSS styles that WP Core decided to interfere with, which is really frustrating. There has been several git issues raised on the matter – this being the latest where one of the devs explains the reasons:

    https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/31424

Its rather subjective but they may roll back or change that CSS. If they do, then using the CSS i provided in the link will ( may ) be redundant, but if left in place its only a couple of lines of CSS so i wouldn’t be concerned.
