[Support request] WP Show post

Hey Team,

First I want to say am not a guru in this field of WordPress. But I was checking what could be this or that on my wp-admin/edit. Then I came through this WP Show posts. There are three categories that are being on the show post. Namely Outdoor, Home improvement and Car Accessories and other things. Have been having issues of duplicate content and am wondering if this could be one of them. There is also the check box that says Pagination: Pagination should only be used if your posts are the only thing in the content area to prevent duplicate content issues. Should I check it?
