I’ve read through all the other topics on this issue and I can’t figure it out…
I can’t adjust the mobile content width. I can manipulate the Desktop content width using Elements, but mobile content won’t change, even when I change things in Customizing > Layout > Container with Mobile selected on the bottom:
OK- I changed that. Still can’t adjust things in Customize, but it does look better on mobile- there’s some padding so that the Post width is somewhat ‘boxed’ now.
OK- thanks. One other thing- is there a way to set a Mobile version in Elements. For example, deactivate Featured Images in Desktop but leave them activated on Mobile?
In Elements currently, it seems like things are applied globally and I can’t differentiate between mobile/desktop.
No, in this case you won’t be able to make separate settings for mobile/desktop.
You can try using CSS to hide featured image on front end within certain screen width, but the HTML is still there, so it won’t accelerate the loading speed even the featured image is not showing.
