Richard
Hi Tom,
I want to add submenus to some of my main navigation page menus (Home, Services, About, Successes) on the nav bar. Those pages are already created.I can’t create the first submenu. Here are the steps I took:
1. Created a new menu, “I’m Different.” I want to make it a submenu of the About page.
2. I did not select any Pages, such as About, before I saved “I’m Different” because it creates another About menu in the Menu Structure.
3. “I’m Different” menu is not showing in the Menu Structure.
What should I do to get the menu “I’m Different” in the Menu Structure. (I know how to drag it to make it a submenu.)
Thanks.
Dick

Hi Tom,
Just solved the problem. After I added the new page, it appeared in the Menu Structure, and I dragged it to submenu position.
I was trying to create the menu item before I created its page first.
Thanks.

I can not create submenus. I have the main menu and then I put the submenus under it. But the submenus appear on the top bar where the main menus are. Also the items in the main menu are not in the same order that I placed them on setting up the menus. One item is at the front and I placed it next to last.
Thanks

Lead DeveloperLead DeveloperYou don’t have a theme location set: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#setting-a-theme-location
This means the changes you to make to your menu in that area won’t apply.
