    Hello,

I absolutely LOVE the floating menu! Such an improvement to the overall UX to have the menu track.

But one quibble: I put a hyperlink anchor into a page (https://www.techcopysolutions.com/packages/pillarpostpackage/). Although it works, it doesn’t scroll down “far enough” because the floating menu then covers up the top stripe of the content.

That’s not a big deal for me. I can author some text below the heading to “give it some space” because what I really want the anchor to link to is the table. But if there was a way to make anchor-linking work with the floating menu, that would be great.

Also, the smooth scrolling doesn’t seem to work for anchor links. Not sure if that’s because of the floating menu or not. Sorry, I know that’s two problems, and I can create a separate ticket if you want.

(Side note: I am a career IT/coder guy, but have only dabbled in CSS and Javascript enough to know I don’t want to add it to my career 😉 My decision might have been different if browser compatibility issues weren’t such a hassle back in the day… but anyway, hats off to you to make all that stuff work.)

    Cheers,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,

Our smooth scroll script should work for this.

Can you set it up so I can see the issue?
