How can I make a full width image at the top of my posts, under the nav bar?
My idea is that the full width would be a certain color or a seamless repeating background tile, and the main image would be centered inside of it, with transparent background. So the image itself is not full width, but it all blends together as one visual element.
It’s not a header element, because it would be different for each post, to match the actual image.
EDIT: Okay, think I figured out to use a container with background image and then add image block on top. But how do I make it go from left side to right? Full width only goes as wide as 1200px.

Not sure I fully understand your question, is there a markup or example site I can be looking at?
