You’ll see that on homepage “Home” title is showing when in my settings the Title is disabled.

Hi there,
Looks like it’s added with a block element page hero which you can check in Dashboard > Appearance > Elements.
Adding the home page to the exclusion rule of that element should fix it.

I had both disabled: on the page itself and on the Page Header block.
